Security notice

LexAlign is a matter-scoped Claim Assurance workbench. This notice restates the isolation and trust controls already published on the privacy notice and terms of use.

Matter isolation

Matter membership controls access to records, retrieval, citations, review, and exports. Public demo access does not grant access to private customer matters.

Trust posture

Trust posture on outputs remains explicit — verified, degraded, insufficient, or unauthorized — rather than implied as filing-ready. Attorneys remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in filings.

Accounts

Sign-in uses Clerk. New self-serve sign-ups await approval before they can access the workbench. Evaluation workspaces are matter-scoped. You are responsible for only uploading records you are authorized to process.

Public demo

The guided Texas commercial demo and guest Citation Trust reads use a synthetic, guest-visible fixture. Guest access does not authorize saving customer records or making citation and review changes.
